I was born and raised in New Jersey.

I have a painting degree from Rutgers University.

I am married to a Blackhawk Helicopter Pilot. This means we are currently in the Army. (it's not so bad :)

No kids. No pets. (a bit unusual for the Army)

I LOVE to paint. I paint females and vacation landscapes. I love to use more than one kind of paint in each piece and finish the composition with some foreign objects.

I LOVE live music.

I enjoy cooking, my husband's grilling, drinking beer, making other people feel good about themselves, vacationing, snowboarding, the sun, and getting my hair done.

I operate a small business, Florida Scarf. It has been in operation since 2007, when I lived in St Augustine, FL. The company has survived four moves since then, and will endure a few more. I hand make small scarves and hoods that fit perfectly around your neck. They are creative little experiments of color and texture that prove to be extremely practical as well. This small company fulfills my need to effectively share my artistic talents with other women. (and sometimes men)

I also like books, sailboats, weird crap at thrift stores, functional pottery, crude jokes, and strong coffee.
