Launched in December of 2008, the independent design show UNIQUE LA was created by community leader and designer Sonja Rasula as a way to bring local-made design and art to the masses. Hailed the fresh face of a growing Made in the USA movement, Sonja’s mission is simple: “I want to bring modern Made-in-America design to the masses. My goals are to help designers and small businesses grow and become sustainable, to support the local economy, and to teach shoppers the value of conscious consumerism.”

Continuing our collaborative series, NEW PEOPLE and BAZAAR BIZARRE SAN FRANCISCO will create another all-floor vertical art village to celebrate the Japantown Cherry Blossom Festival! This small curated shopping event will be part of a the Northern California Cherry Blossom festival.

Urban Bazaar will host the 5th Vagabond Indie Craft Fair in our beautiful backyard garden on May 5th & 6th from noon-7pm each day. This cozy craft fair features about 2 dozen unique indie craftspeople and artists over two days, along with special bonuses like sewing demonstrations and food  & drinks. read more

We’ll be wrapping up a great year of craft fairs with the 4th Annual Renegade Craft Fair San Francisco Holiday Market on December 15 + 16,  2012!

We’ll return to the cozy Concourse Exhibition Center from 11am-6pm both days, where you’ll find 250+ of today’s very best indie crafters, exciting interactive workshops, music, food, booze + plenty more. It’ll be a handmade holiday in San Francisco!
