I chose the name "Calamity" because Calamity Jane was my 6th great aunt, and Calamity was my nickname when I was a little girl.

Once Lost is the final fruition of years of collecting and designing. I have created many pieces over the years while amassing tons of wonderful little trinkets and materials. With a great achievement coming in Seasonal Collections as of 2008, I thought it only right to honor my work with a proper fitting Name. Thus “Once Lost Jewelry” was born.
