Review of Overnight Prints

I'm no longer a fan of Overnight Prints. I did get two great print jobs from them when I initially started using them for all my printing but my last two orders have made me swear never to order from them again.

Their color matching process must have changed recently because my last two orders were dark and the white areas were grey colored. They offered to print them again - which was nice - but the second print job had the exact same result - a dark grey film over the top of the image. Now I've spent months ordering, re-ordering, etc. and I still have no postcards. 

How can I get such radically different print jobs while using the exact same original file? Who knows - but I know that I'm done with them.
