I'm Erin (that's me on the right) and I'm married to Mr. Wilson (he's on the left) and we have a pretty little red-headed daughter named Penelope Lane (could you miss her).

I grew up in the arts and have lived in a baking world for as long as I can remember. I discovered a young age that I had a knack for all things creative. My grandma and my mom are my biggest inspirations and showed me how to create things when I was a young girl. Around the age of 12 I started studying fine arts. I discovered the magic of painting and color world. I went on to study the arts up to college level and planned to be an art teacher.

My world changed drastically and I changed majors, colleges and even the state I lived. I moved up to Springfield Missouri to attend college,where I met my husband Josh. We dated briefly were engaged even more briefly, it's a funny story really, graduated college and now we've been happily married for five years and we have one gorgeous three year old.
