SCRAP is a 501(c)3 non-profit. Our mission is to inspire creative reuse and environmentally sustainable behavior by providing educational programs and affordable materials to the community.

The SCRAP retail store sells all kinds of reused materials for arts and crafts, plus school, office, and party supplies. We also offer some new items such as glue and brushes. SCRAP accepts donations of reused materials during regular store hours, so our inventory changes constantly and you never know what you’re going to find!

• Yarn, fabric, and sewing notions
• Paper of all colors and sizes
• Items donated by local businesses and manufacturers
• Colored pencils, chalk, pens, and stamps
• Greeting cards and gift wrap for every occasion
• Wood, metal and plastic in a variety of shapes and dimensions

Why the prices are so low

Because most of our stock is donated by individuals and businesses, we can keep prices low – usually at about one-quarter of the retail cost. Every penny spent in the store goes back into supporting SCRAP’s mission.
