Rishashay is an online retailer and wholesaler for fairly traded metal beads, findings, and chains. They are a member of the Fair Trade Federation, an association of fair trade wholesalers, retailers and producers who are committed to providing fair wages and employment opportunities to low-income artisans and farmers worldwide.

Rishashay's mission is to educate consumers about the importance of purchasing fairly traded products which support living wages and safe and healthy working conditions for workers in the Third World.
