Seattle designer Christina Pezzner has made it her mission to keep the story going with such garments, giving them new life and purpose.

At Ricicli (Ree-chee-clee), we are dedicated to the movement that everything is valuable and nothing should be wasted. Therefore, all of our items for boys and girls are constructed using recycled & sustainable materials. The one of a kind designs are really fun, affordable and made from the most amazing fabrics- not to mention, produced in a way that would surely make mother earth smile!

Materials used are found adult apparel that have been gently or never worn and out of style or flawed. I take those pieces and pull up to 3 modern and comfy garments from them that can be worn today. Ricicli designs are dependent on the style of garment I pull from, making each garment truly unique from another. I aim to design from the mind of a child where the style is simple, colorful, silly, imaginative and sometimes just random. Each item is handmade with amazing detail. We carefully select the most interesting vintage buttons and/ or lace for items and hand embroidery, hand painting, appliqué, etc are commonly used in the designs . You can definitely count on a lot of love and hard work put into every piece.
