Red Dog Barkery

The Red Dog Barkery dream all started after the tragic loss of my two year-old Catahoula/Australian Shepherd mix, Abu. I opened my fortune cookie the next day and it read “The color red will be important to you”. How odd, considering that’s the name of our Red Heeler!  I began the quest as a healing mechanism, by making home made all natural dog treats and now have added in my love for sewing and creation.

I am now making collars, leashes and bedding from durable and beautiful fabrics. I am able to work with my hands and to work with dogs, Red and Tex (he’s the new guy). And my love for Abu continues…..he gave me two great years, and inspired a dream come true!
