I have been making lampwork glass beads since 2001. My glass studio sits in my back yard in Seattle Washington, that is where all the magic happens! I make each lampwork bead by hand one by one. The glass I use comes from Murano Italy. Each bead is annealed in a digitally controlled kiln for lasting strength and durably. Then they come into the house where I create my jewelry. Most of my jewelry incorporates either Sterling Silver or Fine Silver materials along with either Swarovski crystals or semi-precious stones. When I'm not making beads or jewelry I'm usually knitting or spinning fiber.
