Meylah: What is RSS and Why is it Awesome

RSS stands for many things, but the most common and easy to understand is “Really Simple Syndication." Basically, RSS is content that is shared across the web through what is referred to as feeds. To break it down into layman’s terms (which is the only way I understand!), RSS feeds are basically updates of the content that you publish or the content that you receive...and this content can be delivered in a variety of formats.
