Little Lane

Location

Our first project at Little Lane was transforming the space from a turn of the century carriage house into an art studio through a unique collaboration between Julie Benjamin, Kevin Smith, Moses Grubb, Kasha Speno and many other friends and family.

Our aim was to design an environment well-suited for the creation of purposeful art projects. Setting the stage to inspire creativity, our studio became a blend of farmhouse and urban roots. Simple, design-orientated, and functional, Little Lane is playful and encourages imagination and ingenuity.
