I adore meticulous lines and attention to natural details, which probably comes from my farm life childhood and all those hours romping around the orchards and fields closely inspecting the plants and animals around me on a daily basis. I also love sparse-yet-dense color and design, which probably stems from my urban adulthood spent in new york, at parsons school of design, and San Francisco, at California College of the Arts. In ten years between the two coasts I picked up three distinct academic and professional backgrounds that I now use on a daily basis in my studio: fashion design, illustration and design theory. The underlaying hope in everything that I do is to inspire others, and to encourage a more thoughtful art and design industry that focuses on local economies, fair practices, reusable or sustainable materials, and less consumption tied to ever-changing trends. Currently a one-person operation, I truly appreciate your support!
