Idle Hands
Location
Jewelry's been a passion of mine all of my life and in 2006 I turned my hobby into a business. Encouraged by family and friends, Idle Hands Designs was formed. While in school I discovered that I love working with metal, particularly silver. Once I had the basics, my style came from experimenting and exploring different possibilities. Clearly I fancy the darkness, but there is a lighter side to my creations as well. My designs are inspired primarily from music and all things spooky. Founded in sterling silver and vintage elements, I love to take something from the past and create something new. And feel truly blessed to express myself through these creations.
I want you to love and enjoy your jewelry! Each piece is made with my hands with the best quality materials. The complete process of designing, constructing and finishing my jewelry is done in my studio located in my cave. It is both a personal and business practice to use as few chemicals as possible. Casting, forging and soldering metal makes this a bit of a challenge. So I work with silver refined down to it's purest form and forged into new clean metal. When creating, I strive to focus on quality verses quantity.

Love my Ring!!!
Met Lindsey @ UCU and bought (actually traded soap) for a gorgeous ring made out of an antique button. It actually looks like a 3 tiered wedding cake! Everyone comments on it when i wear it. It is my favorite ring to wear!!
