Having worked these last 10 years in fashion retail, and in three different fabric stores, April Kling has met many of you in the Austin fashion community. She has heard many complaints about the lack of selection in quality fashion apparel fabric, and she feels your pain. Austin designers make pilgrimages to Houston and Dallas to get the fabric they need to complete their seasonal collections.

If you watch Project Runway and you drool when the team goes to Mood Fabrics to do their shopping, wouldn't it be great to have a store in Austin like they have in NYC or LA where we have fresh, abundant designer fabric to choose for our creations?
