Crafty Chica

Cathy's blog is awesome..first she's a fellow Latina... growing up I didn't have a lot of Latinas to look up to in the crafting industry so it's nice to see one and one that is so successful at what she does, at that. She inspires my business dreams!

She's also a blogger and a published writer -her two novels having "crafty" titles("Waking up in the Land of Glitter" is the title of one).

She's fun and best of all she uses lots and lots of glitter - on everything! (I'm Puerto Rican, we love sparkly things!)

Plus- she's generous with her ideas and knowledge - there are plenty of tutorials and downloads. Her website is bright and colorful as are the crfaty items shes sells.

The only "downside" for me, if you can call it that, is her use of Skeletons and skeleton themes(Dia De los Muertos in much of her work, which isn't a bad thing her culture, but it is in mine :-(

Otherwise it's great fun and worth the visit.
