This is an article for those of you who blog – and who want to make your blog successful! I actually posted this on the Etsy forums a while back, when my blog passed 1,000 followers/subscribers.
That was only a month or so ago, and the count has grown to over 1,200.
I love my blog, and I’ve worked hard over the last few years to keep it going, growing, and evolving. These are the 10 things that I believe have contributed to the success I’ve achieved so far…

She speaks the truth!
I've really started to focus on my blog more in the last six months, and a lot of what she mentions is spot on. In looking over her ten tips, I've definitely seen some positive effects by utilizing most of them, and the others I know will have the same results once I start experimenting. She's especially correct about one thing -- gaining followers is not an overnight deal. It takes a lot of time, sometimes more than a year or so, but these steps can definitely speed up the pace. I've got a long way to go with mine, but I really do love implementing little tweaks that make it better day after day. Baby steps!
