The Maryland Sheep & Wool Festival is sponsored by the Maryland Sheep Breeders Association, Inc., a non-profit organization. The Festival's purpose is to educate the public about sheep and wool.

The Festival is organized and conducted by volunteers from the sheep breeding and fiber arts communities.

I am absolutely addicted to knitting. I really love keeping my hands busy, doing and making. I love to garden and make beaded stitch markers. I can't draw or paint, so the knitting and gardening and beading, those are my creative outlets.

I have always been drawn to buying handmade things myself so now I am putting my handmades out for the world to see and, if they are so inclined, acquire.

Panmure is a small town located in south west Victoria and has a unique asset; a large, natural swimming hole in the centre of town the locals call ‘the big hole'. When the community were approached to do a contemporary craft project to be placed in the landscape the obvious choice for location was the swimming hole and The Hole Big Yarn was born.

The Urban Craft Center is a place of social gathering and craft inspiration for the Santa Monica, Southern California area. We have plenty of room for you to spread out projects and a vast assortment of tools available for use in the studio.

Serial Knitters Yarn Shop specializes in yarn, supplies and classes for knitting, crocheting and drop spindle. We are a community based shop and with great lighting, lot’s of seating and we welcome other yarn addicts to come, sit and knit, spin or crochet and share in the warm atmosphere of our shop.
