EtsyRAIN Spring Show 2011

EtsyRAIN Spring Show 2011

Mother's Day weekend is always exciting around these parts because it's the weekend of the EtsyRAIN spring craft show. Hurrah! I've been lucky enough to be involved with the super nice ladies of the EtsyRAIN Leadership Team for the past three years as we have built the Seattle and surrounding community's Etsy Street Team.

Doug and I took part in the show selling our Shower Arts. This is one of our most popular designs: A Unicorn on Roller Skates. Those are really hard to photograph in the wild (and even harder to put roller skates on).

This is Susan from This Charming Candy. Charming is right. Their lollipops are adorable and come in delicious and sometimes unexpected flavors. I'm sucking on a Salted Caramel lollipop right now. Delicious!

This is Jackie from Slide Sideways. I bought the cutest kitchen towel from her.

It has tiny, walking coffee (or tea) cups. That's how I like to imagine coffee best: walking toward me. On it's own. MMmmmmmmm...

One of my favorite purchases: A new dress by Sam Trout. His designs are always intricate and stunning. Purple and navy blue stripes. Perfect.

Now I just have to find the perfect leggings...

Anne is the genius behind Seattle Sundries. She makes a hand lotion bar that is the most amazing thing ever. I'm particularly in love with the Almond & Honey scent.

It's so smooth and velvet-ey. Plus - the scent is to die for.

In short: I spent way too much money at the EtsyRAIN Spring Show 2011 - but I loved every second of it.
